oh Miss Bliss, I can relate... my most recent lover is an Aries - we had an entire relationship in 3 weeks - or was it 2? ; D He was so hot and exciting and the devil incarnate and was so into PDA'S ( public displays of affection) .. He asked me to marry him after our first night, kept trying to get me pregnant, and made pancakes for my kids, cos he wanted to suddenly throw away his Carnie lifestyle and be a family man - hah! but then he went back to Wellington and now pretends I don't exist ... And he had a splendid drunken tantrum before he left - he HAD to show me that aspect of himself - it was more impressive than my childrens'! and the jealousy!! was unlike anything id seen before.. and he goes through lovers like he smokes cigarettes , chain... ( how do I know this irritating fact? - Facebook drivvle!!)
Also my Dad was Arian - and he was firey and passionate and difficult to live with and jealous and unness suspicious of my mother... interesting pattern recognition...my advice - enjoy Arians as lovers and NEVER take them too seriously and realise they are fantacists, maleable, fickle even and opportunists -0 many appologies to those Arians who read this and have managed to evolve from this edgy template ; D - good luck

You know what? I wholeheartedly agree with you guys even though I am an aries myself. And I don't feel I am the target here. And I'll tell you why. Some people just flat out suck. Basicly I think this is a personal development issue. It's the ego based, ego driven personality thats the problem. And the emotional immaturity. I see examples of this every day. So many people are controlled by this thing called the ego. Now, everyone has an ego. But making it your identity and seeing it as a separate entity that you don't identify with are two different ways of being and living. People who make the ego their identity are the suck people. They are needy for attention, way too much pride witch is easily broken, they have a give me more attitude, they always have to be right, they have a bad temper and get angry easily. Everything becomes a me centered power struggle. I can only thank my uncle for being such a nitpicking, (constructive) critical, annoying boss. Growing up working for his company kind of opened my eyes to viewing the ego as a separate entity.Because he would allways have some way of telling me how I could have done the work better. Wich puts a young aries with a disdain for authority on the defence. Over the years, I quickly learnt to become highly resistant to ego blows of all kinda. And from not being ego focused I sort of grew up emotionally really fast. No need to be anyone, prove anything, have everything, get anything. I just want to have fun and be positive nomatter what happen. And I found out that compasission, empowering others, rendering usefull service and giving is ha hell of alot more rewarding than "give me more" and being better than everyone else It's like I know my ego is there, but it never controlled me like I see it does with allot of people. And the ego it's not who I am. Years and years later, I read A New Earth, witch kinda summed up and also expanded on why I never understood why people act "stupid" like they do. I think alot of people would become a better people if they read Echart Tolles books, Steven Coveys books (7 habits) and Dale Carnegis book on handling people. Because today, we have no real role models. Media has taken that position and sets the standard. Couple this with a emotionally immature and ego driven personality. So men never become masculine MATURE men and women are stuck in their teenage mentality.

On the subject of ego - if you want to understand why soe people suck and some people rule, picking up a Carl Jung book can help alot.

On the subject of echart tolle and spirituality - I'm not "spiritual" in the religious or the new age sence. The danger for spiritual people is that they only shift their ego from identifying with the ego to identifying with a spiritual being. Wich kinda defeats the whole purpose of spirituality. The ego is very sly and will pass through back doors to protect itself. It's allways fun to see "spiritual people" who look down on non spirituals and have this holyer (or better) than thou attitude. His books are very good and even the most cynical scientist can learn alot.

Whenever I come in contact with suck people, I cant really dislike them. On the inside, I know there is a greate lovely person just waiting to emerge some day. I cant possibly know what shaped him to be like he is. I have no way of knowing what kind of personal hell he might have been through. Lets say his father is an alcoholic who hates everything and blames everyone for his problems. His mother tells him every day that he is a bad little boy, hes stupid, he will never become anything, hell end up like his father. And then maby abandon him at a young age. This happened to my father by the way, so don't think it doesn't happen. He could of A) accepted it and suck or B) fought to become the best man he could be. He chose B).

See...this is why I just cant judge people and hate them. I might not like what their actions, but give me some alone time to get to know them, and I will change their perspetive and make them look at themselves and why they do the thigs they do. Unless their a sociopath or the like, I think no people are truly bad and unable to change. The only people I don't respect are bums and homeless people. For the pure reason that they have given up on life.

I guess, reading alot of personal development and some psychology have changed my perspetive on alot of things. Wich is why a coment like "aries should be banned from procreating" really stirs up alot of emotions in me. It confused the heck out of me and I was left stunned. Though pouring my brain on the keyboard helped me understand why I was stunned and had a loss of words. So in that aspect - thank you for the coment =)

I can relate to that. Listen, Aries are emo... you know what I mean? Like way too emo for me. I'm Libra and I don't like that attitude. And yes they can be controlling and willful. I clash with all Aries. The good side, they can make me laugh from time to time.
